Civil to
all, sociable to many, familiar to few, friend to one and enemy to none is how I will sum up Sachin in one line. What he digs
is interacting with people (a fetish!), prolific reading and involvement in art (a high!), traveling (insightful!) and many
more… Hence it will be an injustice to me (Sachin) to end the story in just few lines. Rather I would like to state
few paragraphs for me, which will clear the picture of Mr. Perfect.
I
strongly believe that if we formulate and stamp indelibly on our mind a mental picture of ourselves as succeeding, we need
to hold this picture tenaciously and never permit it to fade. Our mind will seek to develop this picture. Hence success is
a progressive realization of predetermined worthwhile goals. The more reason we have for achieving our goal; more determined
we become. ‘No man is happy without a goal and no man can be happy without faith in his own ability to reach the goal’….
And I am a happy going person, who loves to see other happy too. This made me qualify to deliver a lecture on ‘Way to
happiness – Good example contest and the study skills for life seminar’ by “The Way of Happiness Foundation (Int.), California.

Nature
is my best friend and this friendship developed the interest in trekking as a hobby.
So far I have covered almost entire region of ‘Sahyadri’ in Maharashtra and also some part of Himalaya.
As an experience trekker I also lead many treks every year, which brings up the leadership quality along with integrity. Integrity
allows me to take the right decisions faster, giving me the speed I need to be competitive. At the heart of integrity is transparency
in my actions, motives and intentions. "Walk the talk" and resist politics.
I
would love to be acknowledge more than just the sum of my paper qualification and stand out from the crowd, be resourceful,
an initiator, a team player with a commitment and ambition, a decisive leader- who possess a get up and go attitude along
with the ability to influence and working with others. I am committed to continued achievement in all of these areas to ensure
a bright future with which I can continue to help improve the lives of, and add value for, all those who benefit from it.
At
the end I would love to add a wording of Earl Nightingle,
“A great attitude does much more than turn on the lights in our world; it seems
to magically connect us to all sorts of serendipitous opportunities that were some how absent before the change.”
